Welcome to Mathakondapalli Model School, where we prepare children not for today’s world, but for the one they will inherit. Automation is reshaping every profession, and many of tomorrow’s jobs do not exist yet, so our classrooms teach skills, not just syllabi. At MMS, technology is woven into how we teach, assess, and learn, giving every student real fluency for a digital, global economy.

Our Educational Research, Training and Development Unit (ERTDU) continuously equips our faculty with 21st-century pedagogical and technological competence. Project-Based Learning is central to our approach, turning classrooms into workshops where children build, test, and apply ideas with their own hands. This is deliberate preparation: our students leave MMS ready for higher studies with genuine hands-on capability, not memory alone.

We hold an equal priority close: no child navigates today’s pressures on technical skill alone. We build self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making into daily school life, not as an add-on, but as how we teach. A child who can code but not manage their emotions, or compete but not truly collaborate, is only half prepared for what lies ahead.

I remain personally engaged in this transformation, working alongside our faculty in the classroom and in every assessment we design. Welcome to the Financial Hub of Our School Community

As Treasurer of the Rural Institute for Community Education (RICE), Mathakondapalli Model School, my mission is to balance a transparent, fiscally responsible budget with a genuine commitment to financial literacy for our students, staff, and families. Managing our institution’s resources goes hand in hand with empowering our community to make sound financial decisions. I look forward to building a strong financial foundation for our school and for the homes we serve.

A shared responsibility. Sound school finances are not mine to carry alone. I request every parent and stakeholder to join us in this responsibility: honouring fee schedules and other financial commitments on time, and standing by the mutual agreements that keep our school running smoothly for every child.

Compliance is not a formality on file. It is our standing commitment that this campus is safe, fair, and answerable to everyone who is part of it.

At MM School, my role as Director of Compliance, Equity and Resources is to ensure that every part of our institution — legal, regulatory, and statutory — operates with complete integrity, so that our campus remains safe, lawful, and accountable at every level.

This responsibility extends beyond paperwork. It includes the social and emotional compliances that protect our children and staff, from child safety protocols to fair grievance redressal — matters upheld as a matter of right, not goodwill.

I work closely with our staff to see that these standards are understood and lived in daily practice, and I remain directly accessible to students and parents who need guidance, clarity, or support on any compliance matter.

Hostel Director

Welcome to Life at the MMS Hostel

As Hostel Director and Director of Administration at MM School, I take personal responsibility for the home our resident students live in when they are away from their families. A hostel is not just a place to stay: it is where a child learns independence, discipline, and belonging, alongside their studies.

Our hostel offers safe, well-supervised dormitories, nutritious and balanced meals, structured study hours, and dedicated time for sports, recreation, and rest: a daily rhythm designed to help every child thrive, not just get by. Round-the-clock care from our resident wardens and staff means no child is ever truly far from home, even when home is many kilometres away. We strictly adhere to child protection and child safety protocols across both the hostel and the school, so that every child in our care is safe, seen, and protected at all times.

For many of our families, hostel life at MMS opens doors that distance alone would otherwise close: consistent access to quality education, a secure and disciplined routine, and a close-knit community of peers and mentors who support each child’s growth academically, socially, and personally.

As Director of Administration, I also ensure that the systems behind our campus, from hostel operations to daily logistics, run smoothly and safely in service of every student’s wellbeing. My door is always open to parents and students alike.

Empowering Young Minds to Explore, Innovate and Lead

At Mathakondapalli Model School, we believe that education must go beyond textbooks and classrooms. The world our children are preparing for is driven by science, technology, innovation, creativity and continuous learning. With this vision, we have established our Centre of Excellence as a unique ecosystem for experiential and future-focused learning.

Our Centre of Excellence brings together a range of specialised learning spaces, including the STEAM Lab, Automobile Lab, Electrical & Electronics Lab and Virtual Reality (VR) Lab, providing students with opportunities to move from learning concepts to experiencing them in action. Here, students are encouraged to question, experiment, design, build, test, fail, learn, redesign and innovate.

Our association with IIT Madras further strengthens our commitment to providing students with exposure to an institution of national and global academic excellence. In addition, our recognition as a Space Tutor of ISRO opens meaningful avenues for students to develop curiosity and understanding in the fascinating fields of space science and exploration.

These initiatives reflect our belief that every child has the potential to become an innovator when provided with the right environment, mentorship and opportunities.

The Centre of Excellence is therefore not simply a collection of laboratories. It is a learning ecosystem designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, scientific temper, problem-solving skills, collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset. Students are given the opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world applications and to explore emerging areas that will shape their future.

Vice Principal (Foundational & Preparatory Stage)

Building Strong Foundations, One Child at a Time

It is my privilege to serve as Vice Principal of the Foundational and Preparatory Stage at Mathakondapalli Model School, entrusted with the care and growth of our children between the ages of 3 and 10, the years in which a child’s confidence, curiosity, and character are shaped most deeply.

Our classrooms are designed with the child at the centre, balancing structured learning with play. Even our youngest learners get their first taste of the Centre of Excellence through age-appropriate VR simulations aligned with the curriculum from KG onwards, and through playful early encounters with our STEAM Lab. These experiences nurture curiosity, imagination, and a sense of wonder, while building the habits of exploration and discovery from the very beginning.

Alongside this, we instil the values of Aspiration, Respect, Honesty, Happiness, and Perseverance from their very first days at school.

We believe no child should be rushed through childhood in pursuit of milestones. Instead, we give each child the time, encouragement, and freedom to fall in love with learning, so that when they step fully into our Centre of Excellence in the years ahead, they do so as confident, curious, and capable learners.
