The first five years of school, from Pre-KG to Class 2, are the foundation for everything that follows. Learning here is play-based, activity-based and full of discovery.
Pre-primary children arrive at a campus made for them: friendly painted doors, a colourful courtyard and smiling teachers.

Bright rooms, low tables and plenty of things to touch, sort and talk about.

Children dress up as doctors, firefighters, chefs and more, and learn by acting out the work people do.

Circle games, parachute play, sand, slides and flowers. Outdoor time is part of the learning.

Monsoon day, dress-up days and Vijayadashami, when children write their first letters in rice.

The Foundational Stage covers three years of pre-school (Pre-KG, LKG and UKG) followed by Classes 1 and 2. Children at this age learn best by doing: playing, singing, drawing, moving, listening to stories and asking questions.
The aim is not to rush children into formal studies, but to build the habits that make learning easy later: curiosity, confidence, a love of language, a feel for numbers and the ability to get along with others.
As a CBSE school, we bring the ideas of the National Education Policy and the national curriculum framework into everyday teaching, from Pre-KG to Class 2. In short: children learn best when they are happy, active and understood.
NEP 2020 sees the first five years of school (age 3 to 8) as one Foundational Stage. We plan Pre-KG to Class 2 as one smooth journey, so children grow step by step without a sudden jump from play to formal study.
We follow the spirit of the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage (NCF-FS). It puts the whole child first: health and well-being, speaking and listening, curiosity about the world, and good values.
Our classrooms are bright, safe and happy. Stories, songs, art, games and role-play make learning something children look forward to every morning.
Every child learns at their own pace. Teachers watch, listen and guide, so each child is understood and encouraged, not compared with others.
Letters, numbers and ideas are learnt through play, real objects and hands-on activity, whether it is sorting flowers, playing in sand, or acting out a job in role-play.
Young children are not tested with heavy exams. Teachers observe them as they play and work, and keep simple records of progress, so parents get a clear picture without any pressure on the child.
Learning through play, stories, songs, art and hands-on activity, in a safe and happy classroom.
A strong start in reading, speaking and writing, and in understanding numbers through objects and everyday life.
Sharing, taking turns, caring for others and building the confidence to express feelings.
Active play, outdoor time and healthy routines that keep young children growing well.
More about this stage, including subjects and the daily routine, will be added here soon. To meet the Vice Principal (5+3) who leads this stage, see the leadership messages.
Admissions are open from Pre-KG to Class 12. Our team is happy to guide you.
